Marker Griffon 13 ID Alpine Binding
Regular price $269.99The Marker Griffon 13 ID is for the hard charging resort skier that doesn't necessarily need a 16 or 18 din binding. It's a lightweight, but powerful option that feels secure and stable as soon as you click in. This can be attributed to the reworked Inter Pivot 3 heel piece, which improves the overall step-in ease and functionality, but still feels solid. The SOLE.ID technology, with AFD height adjustment, can accommodate both Alpine and Alpine Touring boots with the turn of a screw.
All new for 22/23 is the introduction of a height adjustable AFD allowing for MultiNorm compatibility with any alpine, touring or gripwalk boot sole.
Features:
Marker Alpinist 12 Touring Binding
Regular price $499.99With the Alpinist, Marker delivers its lightest-ever touring binding and re-defines the ratio of weight to performance. At 490 grams per pair, it takes the traditional PinTech design and adds functionality with 0°, 5° and 9° climbing aid positions. The toe piece has integrated elastomers that serve as a visual aid and allow for easy stepping in, as well as carbon reinforced components and a dual spring for maximum stiffness. The heel features a fixed upward release and an adjustable lateral release function. The anti-ice pads in both the toe and heel help prevent icing as well. And a wider 38mm binding screw hole pattern allows for phenomenal power transfer for such a minimalist and lightweight offering.
New for 22/23 is the introduction of the ISI toe, which stands for 'Intuitive Step In' in all the Alpinist and Kingpin models. A wider platform allows for greater contact area when stepping in. Less force is required to lock into the toe as well. And, now there's a rubber stop pad to aid in aligning and stopping your boot in the optimal spot.
* Brake or leash sold separately.
Features:
Marker Squire 11 ID Alpine Binding
Regular price $229.99The Squire 11 is designed for intermediate and lighter-weight advanced skiers looking for great power transmission in a very light-weight, but powerful freeride binding. Its SOLE.ID technology can accommodate either Alpine Touring or Alpine boot sole norms, which gives the skier the ultimate flexibility. And, it allows the option to choose a boot with easy to walk soles, like GripWalk, to make it easier to walk in ski boots.
Plus, new for the 21/22 season, Marker has introduced a Hollow Linkage Heel, improving the overall ease to step into the binding by 30%. Also, the Triple Pivot Light Toe allows for safe vertical and lateral release functionality and offers improved swing weight. The Anti-Ice Rail in the toe helps remove pesky ice and snow build up on your boot with ease, but also improves the overall strength and support in the toe for quicker response.
The stock 100 mm brake will accomodate the Vital 100 or the Intention 110. For the Reason 120, the 120 mm brake will be required and can be purchased here.
Features:
Salomon MTN Pure Touring Binding
Regular price $549.95The MTN Pure binding from Salomon brings lightness and convenience together like peanut butter and jelly. The patented step-in aid makes clicking in to the toe piece easy as pie. It also retracts once you've stepped in, so there is no hindrance to your range of motion. There's also no need to turn the heel to enter ski mode, so removal of skins doesn't require clicking out of your binding. But you can rotate it 90 degrees for those longer flat approaches where a flat heel is ideal. The wider screw pattern allows for stronger binding retention and better power transfer as well. Risers can easily be lifted or dropped with your pole and the long sturdy toe lock lever is a cinch to use with frozen and/or bulky gloves. The MTN also comes stock with 3 spring options; toted as women's, men's & expert, that are easily interchangeable and stiffen up both the lateral and vertical release of the binding depending on how hard you want to send it.

ATK Freeraider 15 Evo Touring Binding
Regular price $739.95Available for preorder. Shipping September 2023.
ATK may not be a household name, but they have quickly established their legitimacy in the ski binding segment, engineering precise, high quality, durable and light weight backcountry tools. They were founded in 2007 in Fiorano Modenese, Italy, the heart of the Italian Motor Valley (Ferrari wink wink) where innovation is part of the culture.
For 2023, ATK introduces two new & improved features:
Specs:
Features:
A new toe design allows for easy and confident step in for any tech boot available on the market, even ones with worn out soles.
A special design in the toe piece that avoids any snow/ice/debris build-up under the locking mechanism.
A multi-position selector is placed between the front lever and the toe piece base plate. By changing the selector setting, the uphill mode locking hardness variates by increasing the pressure on the locking mechanism. It compensates for boot toe insert wear and tear over the years, provides proper locking strength for each skier, regardless of weight and reduces the pressures on the locking mechanism.
The patented ATK Cam Release System® is incorporated into the binding heel to help the boot step-in and vertical release function properly in case of a fall. A special CAM profile is pressed towards the heel pins by a pre-tensioned spring. When stepping in or when a release occurs due to a fall, the pins are forced to go through the CAM profile which provides precise resistance to the pin release, depending on the release value set on the binding. This system provides stable downhill performance, helping eliminate boot torsion flex, while maintaining precise release functionality and one of the easiest heel step ins in the industry.
A spring is placed in between the base plate of the binding and the adjustment screw. When the ski bends due to a compression or a jump, the 4 mm distance in between boot and heel can be reduced or completely eliminated while the heel can still slide back and forth freely. This allows the ski to flex naturally, improves the binding release performance and reduces the pressure exerted on the ski/boot/binding system.
A simple but ingenious magnet system in the heel risers allows for secured and stable placement, so they only engage when you need them to.
