Checkerspot, Inc. dba WNDR Alpine, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“WNDR,” “WNDR
Alpine” “we” “our”, and/or “us”) value the privacy of individuals.

This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share Personal
Information from users of our website www.wndr-alpine.com (collectively “Services”). By
using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy
Policy describes. “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or
identifiable individual. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our

We may collect a variety of Personal Information from or about you or your devices from
various sources, as described below.
In some cases, provision of your Personal Information may be necessary to provide you with our
Services. In these cases, if you fail to provide certain Personal Information when requested, we

A. Personal Information You Provide to Us.

Registration and Account Information. If you sign up for an account on our Services, we
collect Personal Information related to its creation and the usage of our Services via this account.
We will ask you to provide your name and email address, and to choose a password.

Communications (Ski Finder, Chat, Direct Communications). If you submit an inquiry via
our Ski Finder service, we may collect and process your skill level, height, weight, current ski
equipment, backcountry gear and experience preferences (including your most frequented
mountains), name and email address, and other further information you choose to provide. If you
submit an inquiry by live chat, we may collect and process your name, computer IP address
location, and the contents of the message you send to us, and other further information you
choose to provide. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you.
For example, when you contact us with an inquiry, we will receive your name, email address,
and the contents of the message you send to us, and other further information you choose to
provide.

Payment and Billing Information. If you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase
through our Services, our third party payment processor collects and processes your payment and
billing information, such as your name, billing address, shipping address, credit/debit card
information, email address, and phone number.

Love It or Return It. If you seek to return our products, we may collect and process your name
and contact details, date of purchase and order number, days of use, whether you are returning
the product for a refund or a warranty, the reason for return, a picture of a damaged ski (if
defective) and any other information that you submit to us.

Newsletter. If you sign up to receive emails or information about our Services, then we will
collect Personal Information from you, such as your first and last name, email address, and your
areas of interest. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how
to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.

Careers. If you apply for a job with us directly, you may provide us with your resume, name and
contact details, and any other information that you submit to us. If you apply for a job with us
through a third-party platform (such as LinkedIn), we will collect the information you make
available to us through such a third-party platform.

Demo with Us. If you express your interest in becoming an authorized WNDR demo center, you
may provide us with your name, email address, shop location, name and phone, years in
business, description of the shop and any other information you may decide to submit.

Become a Friend of WNDR. If you express your interest in becoming a Friend of WNDR, you
may provide us your name, email address, recent pay stub, and any other information you submit
to us, including Instagram handle, occupation, employer, home terrain, your interests in the
backcountry, statements about alignment with the WNDR Alpine ideology, and name of your
referee.

B. Personal Information We Collect When You Use Our Services.

Location Information. When you use our Services, we may infer your general location
information, for example by using your internet protocol (IP) address.
Device Information. We receive Personal Information about the device and software you use to
access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, internet service provider, time zone,
and operating system version.

Usage Information. We receive Personal Information about your interactions with our Services
to help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, such as the pages
or other content you view or interact with, the searches you conduct, the purchases you make, the
websites or search terms that referred you to the Services, and the dates and times of your visits.

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and third party partners collect
information using cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, log files, and similar technologies
(collectively, “Cookies”). Our third party partners, such as analytics and advertising partners,
may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and

characters. Log files track actions that occur on the Services and collect device information. Web
beacons and pixel tags are electronic files that record usage information. We may use both
session cookies and persistent cookies. A session Cookie disappears after you close your

data or marketing partners or partners that provide available demographic information about you
and combine it with other Personal Information we have about you. 

How We Use the Personal Information We Collect

We use the Personal Information we collect for the purposes described below:

  • To personalize your experience on our Services, such as by providing tailored content and recommendations;

  • To process your submissions, including to become an authorized WNDR demo center
  • and a Friend of WNDR.

  • To find and prevent fraud, and respond to trust and safety issues that may arise;
  • For marketing and advertising purposes, such as developing and providing promotional material and advertising materials that may be relevant, valuable, or otherwise of interest to you;
  • For compliance purposes, including enforcing our Terms of Service or other legal rights, or as may be required by applicable laws and regulations or requested by any judicial process or governmental agency; and
  • For other purposes for which we provide specific notice at the time the Personal Information is collected.

Scout, to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect Personal
Information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources. We may also use cloud
collaboration platforms, such as Google Workspace and Air Table, to store and process such
