SHIPPING POLICY
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Insurance: For your peace of mind, all shipments are supported with an automatically opted in shipment protection insurance policy at checkout. The rate for orders under $300 USD is $4 and $1.50 additional charge for every additional $100 spent. For example, an order fo $499, would charge $7 for shipment protection.
This expense ensures the shipment is protected in the event it becomes damaged in transit, lost or stolen. If you choose to opt out of the coverage at checkout, your shipment will carry only the default coverage by UPS, which is $100 per shipment. This coverage supports all destinations we ship to. WNDR Alpine is not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen shipments.
Carbon Neutral: All shipments via UPS are sent carbon neutral.
In-Stock Products: If placed early enough during business day, will ship same day (excluding weekends) or the business day after you place your order. Items not in stock, will ship 1 day after item becomes available.
Pre-Order Products: Ship on the date found in product description on the product page. Your total order will ship on the date when all products on your order are in stock. (To ship on separate dates, place separate orders.)
PO Box: Only accepted for orders containing only clothing & sticker items, as well as anything being shipped via US Postal Service. For all other orders we need a physical street address to ship via UPS.
Tracking: Will be emailed to you within 1 business day (excluding weekend orders) after you place your order, if all items are in stock.
Signature Required: No signature is required for delivery, so leave a note on the outside of your house if you want the shipper to leave in a specific place when you're not home. If you would prefer to have a signature required, please leave a comment with us on your order.
International Duties & Taxes: All paid by WNDR Alpine. No additional taxes are due to carrier upon delivery.
US State, County and Local Sales Tax: Charged in Utah, California, New Mexico, Kansas and Minnesota. Amount varies based on zip code.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Usually arrives 5-8 business days. Please only use physical addresses, no PO boxes. All UPS shipments are sent DDP (delivered duty and taxes paid), so the price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees at time of delivery.
