SHIPPING POLICY
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Insurance: For your peace of mind, all shipments are supported with an automatically opted in shipment protection insurance policy at checkout. The rate is 2% of the total order value with $35 being the maximum amount charged.
This expense ensures the shipment is protected in the event it becomes damaged in transit, lost or stolen. If you choose to opt out of the coverage at checkout, your shipment will carry only the default coverage by UPS, which is $100 per shipment. WNDR Alpine is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen shipments if you choose to opt out of the shipment protection at checkout. This coverage supports all destinations we ship to.
Carbon Neutral: All shipments via UPS are sent carbon neutral.
In-Stock Products: In most cases, if placed before 3pm MST M-F, we will ship same day. Otherwise, we will ship the next business day after you placed your order.
Pre-Order/Backordered Products: Items not in stock, will ship 1 day after item becomes available. For estimate on when product will arrive, check the specific product page. Your total order will ship on the date when all products on your order are in stock. To ship on separate dates, place separate orders.
PO Box: Only accepted for orders containing only clothing & sticker items, as well as anything being shipped via US Postal Service. For all other orders we need a physical street address to ship via UPS.
Tracking: Will be emailed to you within 1 business day (excluding weekend orders) after you place your order, if all items are in stock.
Signature Required: No signature is required for delivery, so leave a note on the outside of your house if you want the shipper to leave in a specific place when you're not home. If you would prefer to have a signature required, please leave a comment with us on your order.
Restricted Carriers: If you are aware of certain carriers that do not deliver to your residence, please notify us via email or comment when your order is placed so we avoid any issues, delays or returned items.
International Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and based on destination country.
US State, County and Local Sales Tax: Charged in Utah, California, New Mexico, Kansas, Nevada and Minnesota. Amount varies based on zip code.
Tracking Available: Available on all services with the exception of USPS 1st Class Mail. Tracking will be sent via email when order is fulfilled and shipped.

ORDERS OVER $100: FREE SHIPPING in most cases via either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground based on cheapest & best option. Delivery times may vary but usually 2-5 business days.
ORDERS UNDER $100: Via either USPS or UPS. Rates based on size and weight of package.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: available via USPS or UPS and calculated rates are based on service availability.
ALASKA & HAWAII
Via carrier calculated rates. Usually arrives within 5-8 business days depending on the service and location. Please only use a physical addresses, no PO boxes (unless USPS is chosen as a service).
REST OF WORLD
Carrier calculated rates: Usually arrives within 5-8 business days depending on the service and location, but can be longer depending on circumstances.
