WHAT ACTIVITY WAS THIS PIECE BEST FOR?: Hiking, Mountain Biking, and Paragliding
I've been using this sun hoodie throughout summer and fall and it has been phenominal. From hot days in the Wasatch to cool nights in the Rubies it has stood up to the task at hand. 90+ degree days hiking, mountain biking, and paragliding the breathable material kept me cool and whicked the sweat away while still allowing for evaporative cooling. It almost felt like a wet suite for my body keeping cool air in while filtering out the hot. On the other hand it has held up through cool nights in the Uintas and Rubies (high 40s low 50s) keeping me warm.
The hoodie is also durable showing no wear through a good amount of scramblining and multi day adventures where it was the only thing I wore. Rubbing up against rocks has ripped my clothing in the past, but this sun hoodie held up and has not ripped or even frayed. The hoodie also holds up well on backpacking trips as I can dunk it in a river or lake and know it will dry out quickly even going into a cool evening.
Overall this hoodie has become my new favorite piece of gear!

absolutely love this sun hoodie! Have already worn it out mountain biking, hiking and trail running multiple times in the past week. It’s a perfect fit. The sleeves are long, which is always a problem finding things that fit me properly. I am 5 foot eight about 140 pounds and I ordered the size small!

WHAT ACTIVITY WAS THIS PIECE BEST FOR?: Too numerous to list. Anything in the mountains or on the water where you are looking for complete sun protection and comfort.
I've been at this outdoor game for a while and have worn many Sun Hoody iterations and versions from many different vendors, etc. Fly Fishing, Ski Touring, Mountaineering, Bike Touring, Canoeing, Mountain Running...
This has been one of the best. Moisture management is top notch, while comfort in hot/humid weather has been best in class. Hood snap is simple and smart, and the security pocket is there if/when I need it. Thumb loops actually work, and the hood works under or over a helmet. This one will be around in my rotation for a while. Thanks, WNDR, for working to do it all better. First in skis, now in a curated assortment of soft goods.

Great all around sun hoodie. Took this out the first weekend I had it, running, climbing, and just hanging out in the sun in the San Juans. It worked great! Love the fit, good size hood, the small key pocket is an awesome feature I wish more had. The material dries quick and stays cool.
On top of all that. It’s made with algae 👨🏼🔬
